Ice Fountain
Crushed ice is used to aid cooling and revitalise the body between heat experiences. The user takes handfuls of ice flakes from the fountain and rubs them all over the body. The ice stimulates circulation, strengthens the lymphatic and immune systems and relieves stress. Often used prior to heat treatments as a cool body encourages more efficient heat penetration.
